Medical Messenger is committed to making sure that your staff has sufficient training in order for the practice to have a smooth transition before, during, and after migration. Therefore, we have created an online training video that is role based, interactive and available for your staff to access at any time. These training modules are included in our base subscription price and come complete with tests for all the User Roles, so that you can measure how your personnel are doing. We recommend that everyone in the office completes the training and testing prior to going live.
